I am a results-oriented project and finance professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, financial administration, and donor relations. I deliver inclusive program implementation and community-focused humanitarian solutions.

I have led end-to-end project implementation, grant writing, donor reporting, M&E and dashboard development to translate performance data into programmatic improvements. I coordinated CBM-funded glaucoma, cataract and diabetic retinopathy initiatives that improved service delivery and outreach in the Littoral region.

My strengths include budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, contract management and cash reconciliation, supported by CAPM certification and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management. I coach teams on customer care, safeguarding, inclusion and safety protocols to build capacity and improve results.
