I combine research rigor with program and delivery discipline to help organizations make better decisions. I’ve designed and mapped research studies, selected methodologies and sample sizes, and ensured field implementation followed protocols and ethical guidelines.

I strengthen outcomes by improving data quality end-to-end. I reviewed and tested data collection tools, established data quality management systems, and trained 50+ volunteers on data integrity measures—boosting reliability for evidence-based programming.

In program roles, I managed partnerships, budgets, and reporting to support sustainable development. I coordinated activity reviews, stakeholder meetings, and the development of project proposals, budgets, feasibility studies, and Terms of Reference for monitoring visits and audits.

Now as an IT Project Manager, I support senior project managers and help teams deliver on time using Agile methodologies. I document project requirements and prepare decision-ready reports while liaising effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
