I am a merchant support specialist with experience at Razorpay and PayU, delivering world-class support to merchants on transaction, settlement, and refund issues.

I follow SOPs to provide accurate resolutions across call, chat and email and specialize in enabling domestic and international payment methods, movement of funds, and merchant retention through focused problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

I hold a B.Tech from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (2022) and contributed to a project called Blue Brain aimed at creating an artificial brain prototype; I bring strong communication, troubleshooting and retention skills to collaborative, fast-paced payments teams.
