What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can resolve complex customer and payment issues, use CRM and ticketing tools, support quality standards, and contribute through mentoring and process improvement.

I've supported customers and merchants at Ojas Softech for AstroSage and at iEnergizer for Pine Labs, resolving inquiries across voice, live chat, and email.

As a Subject Matter Expert, I investigate complex complaints, technical issues, refund requests, and escalations using root cause analysis. I also coach team members, train new hires, and help maintain strong CSAT and quality audit performance.

I've managed payments, billing verification, settlement tracking, and transaction support through Razorpay, CCAvenue, Paytm, and Salesforce. My experience includes diagnosing EDC machine issues and coordinating with merchants, operations, and technical teams for timely resolution.

I'm comfortable in high-volume remote environments, rotational shifts, and detailed CRM documentation using Freshdesk, Tawk.to, and Salesforce. I bring empathetic communication, active listening, process compliance, and reliable follow-through to every customer interaction.
