I seek senior design/product leadership roles in remote-friendly, mission-driven companies where I can scale teams, lead zero-to-one product strategy, and apply DesignOps and AI-driven design to build profitable fintech and platform products.

I am an entrepreneurial design leader and founder with two decades shipping cross-platform services and products at Google, ConsenSys, and high-growth startups.

At Mamo I led product, UX and customer experience from concept to $5.1M revenue (FY2024) with 29% gross margin; I secured the DFSA Cat 3C licence—the first in the GCC—and built a 35-person product organisation with under 4% attrition over three years.

Previously I built a regional design hub at ConsenSys (4→25 employees), delivered five enterprise blockchain pilots, authored an operations framework adopted across global offices, and at Google led RTL localisation for 60+ products and developed global design systems.

I coach and mentor leaders, focus on DesignOps, product strategy and AI-driven design automation, and I transition to board advisory after leading companies to profitability. I bring a pragmatic, people-centred approach to building high-performing remote teams.
