What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead retail operations where I can strengthen omnichannel execution, fresh-food performance, productivity, cost discipline, and team capability while translating commercial strategy into consistent store results.

I've built more than 25 years of FMCG and hypermarket retail experience with Majid Al Futtaim Carrefour, progressing from receiving operations to Store General Manager roles across the UAE. I currently lead end-to-end performance at Carrefour Deira City Centre, aligning commercial results, customer service, people, compliance, merchandising, and omnichannel execution.

I've led fresh-food development, supermarket openings, operations-excellence projects, and store-wide cost and productivity initiatives. My work combines P&L accountability, supply chain and inventory control, sourcing, team development, and reliable day-to-day execution across large multicultural teams.
