What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level HR role where I can contribute to efficient hiring and employee engagement.

At Sunroute Energy Solutions, I managed recruitment from candidate screening and interviews through selection and joining formalities. I also prepared HR letters and maintained employee records and HR databases.

I handled attendance and leave records, monthly payroll processing, and employee onboarding and exit formalities. I also responded to employee grievances and workplace issues.

At Divine Mercy English School, I supported staff recruitment and onboarding, coordinated candidate communication and interview scheduling, and assisted with joining documentation. I also maintained office records and supported attendance and leave tracking.

As a psychology student, I conducted survey-based research on coping with stress and burnout among college students, and on test anxiety among students. I analyzed the data and presented findings in structured reports.
