I’m a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Las Vegas, focused on full-cycle recruiting that connects the right people to the right roles. I screen resumes, applications, and assessments, then lead onsite, phone, and virtual interviews to identify qualified candidates.
In my current role at Teleperformance, I follow I-9 and USCIS employment verification compliance and manage the hiring workflow using iCIMS and LinkedIn as my primary ATS. I also support growth through job fairs and community engagement, and I’m proud to have hired 1,056 candidates in the first two months of a newly launching work-from-home campaign.
Before that, I served as a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Assistant at Alorica Inc., where I adapted to Taleo and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. I guided candidates through pre-employment requirements, shadowed senior recruiting team members to track progress, and partnered with supporting departments to transfer internal employees across campaigns.
Earlier experience includes Member Service and Quality Assurance work at Sitel Group–Costco and USAA, where I audited inbound calls, de-escalated concerns, and handled claims and scheduling to help prevent cancellations.
