What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role at an insurance company where I can apply customer service strengths, HIPAA-aware documentation, and accurate billing/coding knowledge to help customers quickly and professionally, with clear growth opportunities.

I’m an Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in retail operations, including handling money, opening and closing stores, sales support, and store maintenance. I bring a steady, service-first approach to every shift and focus on keeping processes running smoothly.

In customer-facing work, I’ve developed strong skills in customer service, trouble shooting, and placing orders. I’m comfortable working through issues, communicating clearly, and supporting customers until the problem is fully resolved.

I’m also certified in HIPAA, Document Formatting, Document Processing, and Microsoft Office Specialist, and I completed training toward an Administrative Medical Assistant role. With coursework in medical terminology, records management, medical insurance, and billing and coding, I’m ready to apply detail-focused documentation and accuracy to an insurance team.
