I am a recently trained medical assistant with hands-on experience in clinical procedures, laboratory work, phlebotomy, electronic medical records management, medical billing, and patient-facing customer service. I completed a Medical Assistant diploma at Bryan University (completed Nov. 2025) and am preparing to take the National Health Career Association CMA exam later in 2025.

I bring prior workplace experience in fast-paced customer service and operations roles where I handled quality control, shipping/receiving, point-of-sale duties, training new staff, and was promoted and received pay increases for reliable performance. I am organized, adaptable, and committed to ethical, patient-centered care and efficient medical office administration.
