What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead full-cycle executive and senior-level search, partner closely with leadership, and build data-driven recruiting strategies for evolving technology, SaaS, automation, or manufacturing organizations.

At Q-Mation, I built the talent acquisition function from scratch as the sole recruiter, eliminating agency dependency within my first year. I sourced, engaged, and closed 14 hires in Q1 2026 across GTM, Engineering, Operations, and executive functions.

I lead senior and executive searches from intake through close, partnering with hiring managers and executive teams on job specifications, scorecards, structured selection, and workforce planning. My approach combines consultative partnership with Boolean search, talent mapping, competitor research, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing, and disciplined pipeline analytics.

Previously at Global Recruiters Network, I managed specialized searches for automation, manufacturing, and SaaS clients and closed 50+ senior through VP-level professionals. I ranked #1 nationally across the U.S. and Canada for revenue and talent delivery in 2018 and from 2020–2022.
