I am a Senior Talent Acquisition leader with 15 years of experience building and leading recruiting functions across startups, high-growth companies, and large enterprises. I specialize in technical recruiting for software engineering and cloud roles and in creating repeatable hiring practices for GTM and corporate teams.
Throughout my career I have established internal TA departments, implemented ATS and metrics, and reduced time-to-hire (for example, cutting hiring cycles from six weeks to three weeks while maintaining strong acceptance rates). I have recruited across the full SLDC and placed roles from entry-level engineers to executive leadership.
Today I provide fractional talent acquisition consulting and advisory services focused on process improvement, sourcing supplementation, and scaling teams.
