Ashley Espinosa
@ashleyespinosa
I advance equitable transit, mobility, and community-centered urban planning.
What I'm looking for
At JAF Creative Solutions, I support Southern California planning and transit outreach initiatives focused on transportation equity and community-centered engagement, including work in Orange County’s Little Saigon district.
I translate community feedback into organized datasets and planning insights, facilitate interactive learning sessions, and connect public engagement with planning strategy and data storytelling. Previously at LA Metro, I inspected 90% of Metro stations and helped compile a 300+ page station manual supporting transit operations, accessibility, safety, and planning.
My work spans land use, housing, and research: at ESG Real Estate Laboratory, I helped develop a strategy to convert 30+ abandoned properties into affordable housing and third spaces.
I bring GIS, Excel, Power BI, survey research, and stakeholder engagement to people-first projects that strengthen neighborhoods, support inclusive growth, and build long-term resilience.
