What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex research, public-sector, or environmental projects where I can strengthen proposal development, compliance, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and data-informed planning.

I lead post-award management for sponsored research projects at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Research Institute, coordinating compliance, timelines, deliverables, budgets, reports, and partner relationships across a multi-project portfolio.

I manage the $1M annual CEACSE Award Program and support proposal development from solicitation review and planning through budget development and faculty coordination. I also supervise pre-award work and deliver training on sponsor guidelines and compliant proposal budgets.

My background connects research administration with transit planning, environmental policy, GIS, and technical analysis. I've coordinated community-facing transportation projects in Boston and bring fluent Mandarin Chinese, Python, R, ArcGIS, QGIS, and research-focused financial management experience.
