What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a medical setting where I can apply strong communication and scheduling skills to support patients, provide exceptional care, and grow as a Medical Assistant while learning from a dedicated team.

I’m a motivated Medical Assisting student pursuing a career in a medical setting, focused on using my communication skills and education to provide excellent care and support. I bring a results-oriented background with over 9 years of experience in customer service, retail, and leadership roles.

In customer-facing and fast-paced environments, I’ve built a reputation for attention to detail, analytical thinking, and innovation. I’m dedicated to operational effectiveness and consistently exceeding expectations through organized, patient-centered, service-minded support.

My experience includes work as a Delivery Driver, where I followed routes to safely transport packages, ensured timely and accurate deliveries, and communicated with customers to resolve issues. Previously, as an Assistant Manager, I supported training and scheduling, maintained efficient operations, ensured safety regulations, monitored inventory, and guided teams through different scenarios.

At Oak Medical, I served as a Client Service Rep. I answered calls to assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, and I used a scheduling system designed to optimize clinic workflow and reduce wait times. I also handled follow-ups and reminders to support ongoing relationships with providers, and I hold Additional Communication Skills Training, including CCEP (Customer Experience Professional) and CCSP (Certified Customer Service Professional).
