What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a position where I can apply my education and industry experience to support organizational goals.

At Sedgwick, Associated Services Inspections (ASI), Leeway Inspections, and Signature Inspections, I perform commercial and residential insurance inspections for valuation, loss control, and risk management. I use iAuditExpert, Rapid Sketch, and LossControl360.

For Gulf Coast high-rise multi-unit condominiums, I document building conditions with sketches and photographs and produce valuation reports using Marshall Swift (CoreLogic) valuation software.

At Hunt, Guillot & Associates, I worked on CDBG-DR construction programs for HARP ReOregon and LA dCMP. I managed cases and assisted applicants through contractor selection and construction, and reviewed A&E plans for accuracy with estimates and materials.

Earlier, I prepared damage assessments and repair estimates for disaster recovery and property insurance work, including at Waggoner Engineering and Servpro of EBR/Ascension. At Servpro, I also managed office staff, trained estimators, and handled accounting and administrative responsibilities.
