I use Xactimate, Guidewire, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and carrier claims platforms to document losses, review mitigation and contractor estimates, identify scope gaps and fraud indicators, and maintain carrier and regulatory compliance. My field and virtual work spans hurricane, hail, wind, water, fire, mold, and reconstruction claims.

Before claims adjusting, I managed restoration projects at BELFOR Property Restoration, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, safety, and property-owner communications during large-loss CAT work. I bring OSHA and IICRC restoration certifications along with practical experience supporting policyholders through difficult losses.
