At Visa, I owned product strategy for public-sector banks in Mumbai, managing client relationships and curating product portfolios at a scope typically held by senior directors. I won five Visa Infinite credit-card launches from competitor-loyal clients by building decision-maker relationships and bank-compatible incentives.

I delivered $10M in Annual Average Net Revenue across major clients by designing and executing the first five-year credit deal, increasing affluent Visa card issuance from 19% to 57% in one quarter.

Previously at Deloitte USI, I modernized database architecture for a $7T client, reducing operating costs by 17%, and built COBOL transformation and report-generation automation that cut man-hours by 47%. I also helped lead a top-five Deloitte USI Hackathon team that architected a blockchain-based e-KYC system.

My experience also includes product analysis at Juspay, where I improved GeM-Sahay for 100K+ merchant users and optimized a payment gateway serving 250M+ installs to a 93% payment success rate.
