I’m a results-driven Technical & Business Operations Analyst with 8+ years of progressive IT experience across end-user computing, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT operations. I focus on turning complex operational needs into reliable, scalable support—especially across Microsoft ecosystems.
In my current role at Amdocs Development Center India Pvt. Ltd., I administer Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory for enterprise user lifecycle management, including access reviews and account provisioning workflows. I also manage mailbox provisioning through the Exchange Admin Center and coordinate VDI incident resolution as the team’s VDI focal, partnering with Level 2 and infrastructure teams to minimize downtime.
I’ve led hands-on AI adoption by developing and deploying an AI agent for internal IT support, helping drive faster query resolution and reducing repetitive ticket volume.
