What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Business Partner focused on the manual, repetitive parts of work—and on removing them through process automation and practical HRIS improvements. Currently running HR operations at Eight25, I cover compliance advisory, labor law and policy, business partnering with managers, talent and performance tracking, and supporting the company’s move toward a proper HRIS.
I operate comfortably across operational and strategic HR: I act as an internal compliance checkpoint for leadership, rewrite core HR policies from scratch to align with Sri Lankan labor law, and evaluate HRIS vendors on cost, compliance fit, and integration effort. Previously, I managed end-to-end payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance for 400+ employees at Orfium, supported HR operations for 500+ employees at Accenture, and built audit-ready records during my internship at Sampath Bank—so I bring both hands-on execution and strong control discipline.
