What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on customer service or technical-support role in a collaborative company where I can apply SAP and IT certifications, solve problems, and grow into specialist responsibilities.

I am a customer-focused service professional and IT technician with hands-on experience in technical support, claims processing and SAP-based invoicing. I hold CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications and bring practical troubleshooting skills from retail and operations environments.

I have provided onsite and remote technical support, performed printer and Apple device troubleshooting, captured invoices and stock data in SAP, processed claims and credit notes, and issued PODs via DHL Oculus while maintaining clear customer communication and documentation.
