Ashe Janaway
@ashejanaway
Customer-focused support analyst and developer blending cloud ops with content creation.
What I'm looking for
I am a customer-focused support analyst and developer with strong experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, integrations, and bespoke product configurations across Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Active Directory, SQL and web servers. I combine technical problem solving with clear communication to document solutions, report defects, and collaborate with development and product teams.
My background includes over a decade of direct customer support and technical assistance, from high-volume retail and consumer-facing roles to enterprise support at Peppermint Technology, where I investigated complex incidents and configured core products for cloud and on-premise customers. I also coach colleagues, create internal and external knowledge base content, and drive product enhancements through user stories.
Outside of formal roles I build and maintain personal projects—website development (TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS), Docker-hosted services on Oracle VMs, a Python Discord bot with long-term uptime, and small games using C# and GDScript—demonstrating continual learning and practical application of engineering skills.
