What I'm looking for

I'm open to on-site, hybrid, or remote roles in operations management, process excellence, quality systems, vendor coordination, and team leadership across India, the US, Europe, and Asia.

At Nivoda, I help build and run WISE Lab operations, from lab setup and grading workflows to SOPs, machine trials, and cross-functional execution.

I've supported the launch of WISE from the ground up, creating workflow structures, grading standards, controls, and practical process improvements. I work closely with Tech, Media, and Operations teams to turn operational needs into usable systems and stronger day-to-day execution.

I have provided hands-on operational support in Dubai and delivered training and process recommendations for the New York City office. My work at Nivoda was recognised with the Sky is the Limit Star award for process improvement, collaboration, accountability, and problem-solving.

Across more than 20 years in diamond grading, final QC, stock operations, buyer support, and lab operations, I've focused on accuracy, consistency, workflow stability, and quality decision-making.
