I’m a commercially focused Analytics & Insights Manager with 5 years of experience delivering performance analytics, predictive analytics, customer analytics, and business intelligence solutions across energy, digital, and manufacturing. I translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations that improve customer experience, drive revenue growth, optimise operational performance, and enable data-driven decision making.

In my current role at British Gas, I lead performance analytics and customer retention workstreams, identifying churn drivers and building segmentation and predictive models—delivering a 6% reduction in customer loss and protecting £1.7M in annual revenue.
