I’m an entry-level logistics and operations-focused professional, with hands-on experience handling delivery-related concerns during my internship at Ekart Logistics. I managed customer feedback calls, coordinated with delivery executives for accurate navigation support, and monitored order and delivery status to keep last-mile operations smooth.

I built and launched a functional e-commerce website, managing product listings, pricing, and inventory updates while improving user experience and tracking results with Google Analytics. I also handled end-to-end dropshipping workflows—order processing, supplier coordination, and customer inquiries, complaints, and returns—while staying attentive to service quality and timely fulfillment.

Beyond work, I contribute through a community development program with CAWA, supporting daily care for rescued dogs and helping with shelter maintenance, awareness, and adoption support. I’m motivated by fast-paced problem-solving, strong communication, and continuous improvement—turning feedback into better service.
