What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote operations role with a US/UK-based company, where I can own PO processing, order-to-cash, inventory, and vendor onboarding, and coordinate dispatch and last-mile performance asynchronously across time zones.

I’m an operations professional with 3 years of experience managing high-volume E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations across Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit, and Amazon Vendor Central. At PhysicsWallah, I’ve owned PO processing, order-to-cash (O2C), inventory management, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional coordination across warehouse, sales, and finance.

I’m especially strong in last-mile delivery operations and dispatch & logistics coordination—handling order tracking, invoicing, dispatch-load allocation, and delivery escalations. I use root cause analysis to improve delivery SLAs, and I’ve been recognized twice as “Star Performer of the Month” for end-to-end order operations with zero escalations during peak periods. I’m currently completing an MBA in Operations Management and I’m comfortable working asynchronously across time zones for distributed teams.
