At Country Delight, I managed and coordinated a team of approximately 20–30 delivery partners. I monitored daily order fulfillment, dispatch, delivery performance, and pending orders.

I handled operational issues, customer concerns, and delivery-related escalations. I also prepared daily operational reports and followed up on performance updates.

I supported root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues, and worked with the hiring department on candidate screening and recruitment coordination. I’m looking to build a long-term career in e-commerce, logistics, and operations.
