I'm seeking an HR or operations internship where I can contribute to logistics coordination, team management, planning, and operational improvement while gaining practical experience.

I'm pursuing a BBA at Amity University Noida while building hands-on experience in operations, logistics coordination, and team management.

As a Research Intern on an Employee Transport Service Analysis Project, I studied scheduling, routing, cost efficiency, driver allocation, shift planning, and employee satisfaction. I identified operational challenges and recommended improvements for route optimization and service reliability.

I've also led operations as President of the Operations Club, supported logistics for ICESBD’25, and coordinated cultural and F1 Rumble events. Through 70 days of NGO volunteering, I planned outreach initiatives, taught children, and strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills.
