What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or customer service role where I can support international customers, generate and convert leads, use consultative selling, and contribute to revenue growth through strong service, upselling, and follow-up.

I'm currently handling inbound and outbound international travel sales at Fareportal, resolving complex booking requests, itinerary changes, fare rules, and travel solutions. I also upsell travel products and value-added services while tracking sales and quality KPIs.

Previously, I closed high-ticket EdTech programs for international clients at SNVA Ventures through consultative selling, tailored proposals, cold calling, lead conversion, follow-up, and client onboarding.

At Xavient Software Solutions (Telus Digital), I supported B2B and B2C telecom customers, resolved escalations with technical and sales teams, and identified upsell opportunities for account teams.

My experience also includes airline reservations and baggage support for the United Airlines process at IGT Solutions. I bring clear communication, objection handling, CRM use, and practical problem-solving across US and Canadian customer service environments.
