At Wipro, I owned BPMN-based workflows—designing Maker-Checker processes for automated loans and cards application processing to improve compliance and traceability. I also built advanced task lifecycle capabilities (hold, release, suspend, and reassign) to support real-world workflow handling.

I engineered a configurable SLA engine with calendar-based logic (holidays, weekends, working hours, cutoff times), achieving 100% business-time-based SLA accuracy. To strengthen operations, I built a centralized task management dashboard via APIs for filtering, pagination, and bulk actions—delivering 30–40% faster task processing for the operations team.

I implement secure, scalable enterprise patterns, including role-based access control (RBAC) with user group-based validation to ensure zero unauthorized task access.
