At Sigmoid, I built the AI Governance Center of Excellence and architected the original PMO CoE, extending its governance into Responsible AI and Data Governance as the GenAI portfolio scaled.
I co-developed Sigmoid's Generative AI strategy and roadmap with Delivery, Product, and Engineering leadership. I also designed the Account Summary Framework, a Decision Intelligence capability adopted by 90% of the organization to give leadership a real-time view of revenue, delivery risk, customer health, and strategic risk.
At Paysafe Group, I directed a portfolio of six enterprise programs and established risk governance for the Global Risk Dashboard. I owned the portfolio's commercial and financial governance, including budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and benefits realization.
Earlier, I led business and regulatory transformation for clients including British Gas/Centrica, Boots UK, and Saudi Electricity Company at Cognizant Technology Solutions. My experience also includes delivering an ecommerce transformation programme for Taylor & Francis Group, Informa UK, and partnering with Founders on enterprise Agile transformation at Tricon Infotech.
