At Archie-Recruitment, I co-created the MrRecruit.me start-up and took part in its move to a partner network model. I acquired more than 30 partner agencies and negotiated rates, CV standards, and recurring performance reports.
I designed and built the ATS and partner management system used day to day by a team of eight. I also decide system scope, work order, and releases, and automate repetitive steps in the process.
Before recruitment, I coordinated medical device production at Integer, supporting FDA audits and Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects. I helped prepare the plant for the Shingo Prize twice.
