I’m a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, and digital projects. Most of my work has been around taking a project from requirements and planning through development, testing, release, and ongoing improvements.

In my current role at Holograph Technologies, I manage enterprise Atlassian and ITSM projects and work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. I handle delivery planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and release coordination. I’ve maintained 95%+ adherence to project timelines, SLAs, and milestones, and helped reduce manual tracking and reporting work by 30% through Jira workflows, dashboards, automation, and reporting.

Before this, at Tapop Smart Tech, I worked as a Project Manager and Tech Lead. I was involved in understanding client requirements, working with engineering and QA teams, planning releases, and making sure business requirements were converted into workable product features. I worked on 20+ client requirements and helped improve sprint delivery velocity by 20%.

I enjoy working on projects where there is a mix of business and technology, especially SaaS, AI/GenAI, cloud, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. I’m comfortable working with technical teams without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room I focus on understanding the technology well enough to make better delivery decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and keep everyone aligned on the outcome.
