What I'm looking for

I am looking for a project management role in an innovation-driven team where I can apply structured planning, lead cross-functional teams, and grow into larger program responsibilities.

I am an aspiring Project Manager with hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders in technical environments. I led engineering and robotics initiatives using Agile methodologies, delivering structured results on projects like structural analysis for a skid-mounted booster pump and axial flow fan optimization.

I am proficient with Trello, MS Project, MS Teams, MS Excel (DWM, Gantt Chart) and SolidWorks, and I use RACI charts, KPIs, UATs and ROAM analysis to drive execution and tracking. I seek to bring disciplined project planning and resource management to innovation-driven teams.
