I'm interested in contract AI evaluation, business-domain benchmark design and operations analysis.

At OuterRim Ops & Analytics, I lead architecture and strategy for OuterRim H2O, a planned multi-tenant Business Governance Intelligence System. I develop source-linked specifications from requirements and data models through API contracts and frontend/backend designs; it isn't yet a deployed production system.

For OuterRim H2O, I specified tenant-aware access, human approval gates and audit controls, including a governed AI Gateway approach that avoids direct LLM database access. I also directed AI-assisted reviews against governing requirements, documented inconsistencies and checked revalidation evidence.

At Six Seasons Consumer Brands, I helped establish a Bangladesh-based FMCG manufacturing venture while completing my MBA. I participated in company formation, product development and factory setup, and coordinated licensing paperwork, machinery sourcing and production-readiness activities.

In independent AI evaluation work, I compared ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek and Codex on source-controlled tasks, documenting unsupported assertions and missing requirements before revising prompts and repeating verification. Earlier, I founded GO FETCH, coordinated a beta mobile-app rollout and recorded 600 sales during its first three months.
