What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own desktop/end-user support and server operations—handling incidents through ticketing tools, maintaining Windows/Linux environments, and keeping SLA compliance through monitoring and troubleshooting.

I’ve supported end users and handled technical incidents at ECSCRIBE (Eclarity Health) since Feb 2024, resolving issues quickly and keeping SLAs on track. I manage 10+ Linux and Windows servers across backup/recovery, monitoring, patch updates, and deployments.

Before that, I supported 80+ users at Ruchi Security Printers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. I also guided 2 junior technical support engineers in daily IT operations and documented system assets and inventories.

Earlier at ITSC Technologies, I provided L1/L2 desktop support, configured operating systems and servers with company applications, and resolved user incidents through ticketing tools.
