What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role supporting international customers, ideally involving customer experience, complex escalations, payments, KYC or risk operations. I'm available for international working hours and shift schedules.

I've supported international online gaming customers at DigiOutsource, resolving complex account, payment, verification, complaint and escalation issues while protecting both customer experience and business risk.

As a Risk Specialist, I reviewed around 120 risk-flagged accounts daily and investigated payment fraud, identity fraud, money-laundering indicators and unusual transactional behaviour. I used Tableau, Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms and internal monitoring tools to make and document balanced risk decisions.

I've also coached more than 1,000 employees, held quality assurance responsibility across a 300+ person Risk & Fraud operation, and helped improve reporting, training and escalation standards. I currently coordinate retail operations and administration at Easi Seeds, building practical processes and carrying issues through to resolution.
