I’m looking for cross-functional, high-ownership roles where I can translate vision into structured, executable outcomes—building underwriting and investment execution systems while driving deal flow and partner alignment.

I’m an operator-investor with 7+ years of experience across hospitality, real estate private equity, and fintech in Latin America, the United States, and Europe. I’m differentiated by my ability to take an idea from concept to funded reality—building the financial, operational, and strategic structures that turn a vision into an executable plan.

Currently, I’m a Vice President, Investments at CREO Capital, quarterbacking a $50M+ active equity investment pipeline across hospitality and real estate in LATAM and the US. I own deal prioritization, investment committee readiness, and partner alignment from first look through close, while leading hospitality-focused advisory mandates from concept to investor-ready deliverables.

Previously, I co-founded Nummi, building a peer-to-peer lending fintech from zero in Costa Rica and leading execution across legal, regulatory, and technology workstreams as CEO—followed by acquisition by a local family office. Earlier at CREO Capital, I underwrote and closed 3 transactions totaling ~$15M in equity, built the full execution infrastructure for the investment process, and contributed to end-to-end hotel transformation strategy work within a Blackstone-owned platform.
