I’m a results-driven Supply Chain and Procurement professional with 2+ years of experience at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, managing a USD 45 million sourcing portfolio across sheet metal, fasteners, and standard parts. I focus on uninterrupted supply for vehicle production while driving measurable cost and cycle-time improvements.

In my role, I lead supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and resolution of critical supply chain disruptions—backed by supplier capacity planning and supplier risk management. I’ve built resilience through vendor diversification and strategic relationship management to strengthen continuity for large-scale automotive manufacturing programs.

I also lead cross-functional initiatives involving 200+ suppliers, collaborating closely with global stakeholders including Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, to support seamless project execution and production readiness. For Maruti Suzuki’s first Kharkhoda plant model (Victoris), I managed capacity planning for 214 suppliers and worked with 16 Supply Chain and 17 Quality teams to resolve capacity constraints and ensure on-time SOP.

Operationally, I’ve improved sourcing and build readiness with automation and analytics—creating an Enovia (PLM) + Power BI dashboard to track open RRFQs and bidder analysis, reducing sourcing cycle time from 212 days to 134 days. I also drive structured stage-gate reviews for TT/PV build readiness, integrating tooling status, supplier readiness, and BOM updates to keep teams aligned across R&D, QA, and Supply Chain.
