At APP SINARMAS GROUP, I operate a chlor-alkali plant and coordinate with field operators during start-ups, shutdowns, load adjustments, and abnormal conditions. I also analyze production processes and implement continuous improvements.
In the Subject Matter Expert Trainee Program, I developed and revised operational documents, supported Total Productive Maintenance, and assisted with root cause analysis and corrective actions. I also participated in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation and monitoring.
As a Process Engineer Intern at PT. PUPUK KALIMANTAN TIMUR, I analyzed desalination unit data in MATLAB to support predictive maintenance and evaluate equipment performance. My projects also include research on a water hyacinth bioadsorbent for lead removal from battery industry wastewater and a nitric acid plant design.
