What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer success, support or sales role, full-time or part-time, working Asia/Australia or European hours.

At Tembjerg Coaching, the online fitness and nutrition business I founded, I handle the customer journey from sales calls and onboarding through coaching, support and retention. I've coached 50+ clients and close 60–75% of my booked sales calls.

I run the business on Lenus and HubFit, with Stripe payments and automated onboarding messages. I personally support clients with weekly check-ins, plan changes, app questions and billing, and follow up with leads generated through Meta ads.

I also built the business website and sales funnel using AI-assisted development with Claude Code, including sales pages, booking, checkout and legal pages. I'm a certified online coach and personal trainer, and I bring additional customer-facing experience from hospitality and gym-floor training.
