I'm an Assistant Manager in the Central Bidding Team at ECIL-Rapiscan, working on government tenders through the GeM e-portal for X-ray baggage systems, metal detectors, and explosive and narcotics trace detectors.
I've supported sales and marketing, market research, report-making, and central bidding for ECIL-Rapiscan. I also submitted reports to OSI Systems on modernising Indian infrastructure and privatisation of public sector/upcoming hospitals in India.
My hotel management training at The Lalit and ITC Maurya built my grounding in guest relations, customer service, reservations, banquets, food and beverage service, sales, and marketing. I bring clear communication, calmness, and a people-focused approach to my work.
