At Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), I delivered tier-1 and tier-2 infrastructure, network, and security support across the central IT environment.
I configured and deployed desktop hardware, operating systems, and peripherals, and led configuration of local and wide area network components to support stable data transmission.
I managed Active Directory access and permissions, applied security patches and antivirus updates, and conducted preventive maintenance and data backups.
At Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), I assisted with network maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support. I also assumed operational management of the ICT department for three months during the primary supervisor’s medical leave.
