What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a mission-driven organisation that pairs innovation with purpose, where I can bring structure to complex operations, support stakeholders, and turn research into practical strategic recommendations.

I've supported operations and member relations at Norrsken House Barcelona, managing high-volume support for a community of 1,500+ members and coordinating daily events across members, suppliers, guests, and internal teams.

I've delivered strategy and impact consulting for social impact organisations through Ship2B, Mbolo, Open Cultural Center, and Associació Rosa Peris, creating Theory of Change frameworks, KPI structures, and decision-ready recommendations. My experience also includes co-leading humanitarian aid operations and coordinating daily information flows between IDF and UN peacekeeping units.
