At Personify Health, I own operational oversight for eight strategic partners supporting a portfolio of 200+ client relationships. I act as a subject matter expert on complex partner configurations and unique operational setups.
I developed and standardized partner documentation, processes, and SOPs to improve consistency and scalability. I also identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Before moving into partner operations, I coordinated end-to-end implementation activities for enterprise clients as an Associate Implementation Project Manager. I aligned work across teams, tracked project documentation and timelines, and addressed risks with mitigation plans.
Earlier at Personify Health, I led and coached a Member Services team after supporting members through chat and email. Across these roles, I’ve contributed to process improvement, training, and operational initiatives.
