What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or Orlando-area roles where I can build reliability practices, scale SRE teams, own production outcomes end to end, and apply observability, incident command, automation, and AIOps.

At Entel, I built and led an SRE practice for mission-critical telecom platforms serving millions of subscribers. I reduced critical incidents by 80%, improved MTTR and SLA compliance by 34%, and cut cloud infrastructure costs by 67%.

I build production observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Kibana, and SLO-based alerting, then use automation to remove recurring operational toil. I also created an AI-assisted incident triage pipeline with Ollama, Prometheus, and ELK that brought first-hypothesis time below two minutes.

I lead Sev-1 and Sev-2 incident response, coordinate 24/7 recovery across DBA, network, middleware, security, and cloud teams, and communicate clearly with executives in English and Spanish. I’ve mentored L1–L3 engineers and helped harden more than 5,000 servers with zero production regressions.

Before Entel, I led infrastructure reliability and performance work for Fortune-500 enterprise clients at GlobalLogic, supporting Java platforms, Linux and Solaris fleets, high-availability architectures, and digital transformation programs.
