At Cisco, I manage reliability across AWS, Azure, and GCP production environments. I establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and support on-call operations and incident reviews across EKS, AKS, and GKE.
I standardize infrastructure with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, and develop automation in Python, Bash, and PowerShell. I also build CI/CD workflows and blue-green and canary release patterns to support controlled deployments and rapid rollback.
Previously, at Intellectsoft, I operated multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure, managed Kubernetes and Kafka systems, and led cloud migration projects with phased cutovers and rollback plans. At Thoughtworks, I worked on network reliability, secure connectivity, disaster recovery, and incident response.
