At Oktibbeha County 911, I directed the migration from a legacy workflow system to a modern enterprise platform, serving as the primary system administrator and technical lead. I also configured an AI-driven communication assistant to automate and triage incoming service requests.
I designed and launched the agency's first digital Quality Assurance program, moving from paper-based tracking to a digital workflow using existing software. I created Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools to streamline reporting for stakeholders.
I maintain and update geographic map layers in the operational software, collaborating with the GIS Director to support data accuracy and compliance. I also set up and tested system rules, automated response plans, and deployment regions in staging and live environments.
I manage technical training programs and digital curriculums covering software operations, GIS mapping, and AI workflows. I also integrated a digital pre-hire assessment platform and wrote trainee performance evaluation reports.
