At City of Bryan, I architected and deployed COBAI, a fully local, GPU-accelerated AI server proof-of-concept using Open WebUI, Ollama, and LiteLLM.
I designed an automated call analysis pipeline with n8n and a custom GPU-enabled Whisper container, extracting structured data for SQL reporting. I also built a Python-based OCR API with PaddleOCR and integrated it into a unified web interface.
I modernized manual processes and legacy applications with advanced Laserfiche workflows, and migrated .NET integrations to GoAnywhere automated workflows for secure file transfers. Earlier at Time Warner Cable, I oversaw a SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 migration and generated business performance reports for management.
