Arghavan Majidi

I’m a PTA at Nulife Wellness Centre, where I focus on calm, clear communication and reliable front-desk support. I handle sensitive information daily, including patients’ health files and insurance information, and I’ve become proficient in working with insurance companies.

To improve day-to-day flow, I implemented multiple new organization systems and programs on clinic computers to streamline efficiency for front staff. I also shadowed a physiotherapist and strengthened my bedside manner—learning how to communicate effectively with individuals experiencing heightened emotional states due to physical pain.

Before joining the clinic, I built leadership and customer-facing experience at GameStop, where I progressed from part time sales associate to assistant manager and then store manager. I maintained professional relationships with major game company representatives and helped facilitate the launch of multiple first party titles and releases, while improving customer communication to increase engagement and purchases.

I also gained hands-on operational skills as a Sales Associate at Greenhouse Juice Co., working without supervision from managers and supervisors. Running the shop alone during busy rush hours sharpened my problem-solving, time management, and ability to effectively sell products to customers, supported by my academic background at the University of Toronto (double majored in neuroscience and human biology, with a minor in psychology).
